Formally known as Gibraltar Properties and originally founded in 1994 by Kerry Hiatt, the company was reformed as Palazzo Realty, Inc. in 2000. Our founder chose this name because of its true meaning. The word Palazzo is from Italian origin and means palace. It describes the beauty and the importance of some of the many palaces in Italy. It was only obvious that Palazzo was the perfect name for a real estate company. In 2006, Rob Hall and Wade Tettenburn took over the reigns of Palazzo’s operations.
Our uniqueness is that we are a small full service Real Estate Company, providing Real Estate Sales and Property Management. Throughout the years, Palazzo Realty, Inc. has established and maintained the values that will ultimately determine our success. Providing our clients with excellent customer service, unbelievable opportunities, and quality products.
Sixteen years later, Palazzo Realty Inc. has proven to be a leader within the industry, concentrating our market focus in the beautiful city of Long Beach and it’s surrounding cities.
